So what’s in it?

 

All of my recipes in this section are made

without

dairy, soya, wheat, barley, rye, *gluten, lupine, buckwheat, egg, shellfish, sesame, poppy seed, peanut, brazil nut, hazelnut, almond, cashew, pistachio, pecan, macadamia, chestnut, pea, chick pea, lentil and french bean.

I am not using rice milk. It contains high levels of arsenic and is not recommended for children under seven years of age. Besides, it does not contain a lot of nutrients.

I am using pine nuts and walnuts, coconut oil, oats and heated tomato.

I intend to make the recipes as basic and versatile as possible, so it is easy to change ingredients and make the meals suitable for other allergy sufferers.

* gluten free, if you substitute oat drink with rice drink#

# please be aware that rice drink is not recommended for children under the age of 5 due its arsenic content
