E322

E 322 stands for lecithin, acting as an emulsifier, thickener and stabiliser in foods. Derives from either soya (can be GM!), egg yolk or leguminous seeds like peanuts (can be GM!).

So be careful of E322 if you are allergic to soya, egg yolk or peanuts.
