Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

A smooth vanilla flavored topping for cupcakes, cakes, biscuit sandwiches etc. And the best bit, it got allergybabe’s kind approval! As always, I try to get the best ingredients possible, to achieve maximum results.

Ingredients
3/4 cup dairy-free spread ( I use pure sunflower spread)
2 2/3 cups powdered sugar (be careful, some contain egg!)
2 tsp vanilla extract (e.g. organic vanilla bean extract) OR 1tsp vanilla bean pasteImage

Put the spread into a bowl, sieve the sugar on top, add the vanilla extract. to combine, use a fork (or your hands). When combined, mix with a food processor until smooth and fluffy. Pipe or spread on top of cupcakes, refrigerate. If you feel the creme is too hard, add a few teaspoons of water.
